Offers hub customer journey

Purpose: To best display the range of offers across LoBs, and direct the user to a campaign.


I partnered with Samsung’s global team to create an Offers experience that would help to increase engagement. I was responsible for defining the structure and design for the Offers Landing page and Offers Campaign page.

As seen below, the Offers Landing page allows the user to easily browse offers across LoBs, and serves to route to an active campaign.

The Offers Campaign page displays all available offers within the campaign. It contains a flexible layout of components that can be displayed or hidden according to the discretion of the page author.

Horizontal placements

To boost engagement within the Offers hub, links to individual offers are placed in contextually appropriate areas throughout the site.
